摘  要:目的观察脑电生物反馈联合舍曲林治疗抑郁障碍的临床疗效。方法选择2014年4月-2015年5月石家庄市第八医院精神科门诊收治的78例抑郁障碍患者,入组患者均符合国际疾病分类第10版(ICD-10)中关于抑郁症的诊断标准,随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=37),对照组给予盐酸舍曲林治疗,观察组给予脑电生物反馈联合舍曲林治疗,观察2组患者治疗效果及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(97.56%)优于对照组(78.38%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后2w、4w、8w HAMD评分和SDS评分与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率(24.39%)低于对照组(62.16%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患者血清DA、5-HT和NE水平无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组血清DA、5-HT和NE水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑电生物反馈联合舍曲林治疗抑郁障碍效果显著,患者不良反应较少,安全性高,治疗方法值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of EEG biofeedback combined with sertraline in the treatment of depressive disorder. Methods A total of 78 patients with depressive disorder were enrolled in our department from April 2014 to May 2015. All patients were eligible for the diagnostic criteria for depression in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10), and randomly divided into observation group (n =41) and control group (n =37). The control group was treated with sertraline hydrochloride. The observation group was treated with EEG biofilter combined with sertraline. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (97.56%) was better than that of the control group (78.38%), and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05) . The 2 w, 4 w and 8 w HAMD score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group (P 〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (24.39%) was lower than that in the control group (62.16%), and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). There was no significant difference in serum DA, 5-HT and NE levels between the 2 groups before treatment (P 〉0.05). The serum levels of DA, 5-HT and NE in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment (P 〈0.05). Conclusion EEG biofeedback combined with sertraline in the treatment of depression is significant with less adverse reactions and high safetypatients for patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
