摘　　要：通过建筑工程技术专业的人才市场需求调研,了解了当前云南省建筑市场的发展状况,明确了该专业的职业面向,掌握了企业对毕业生知识技能的要求,并提出了相应对策,对该专业的人才培养具有一定的参考意义。This article through the construction engineering technology professional talent market research,understand the current development of Yunnan province construction market,clearly the professional occupation oriented,the enterprise requirements for students＇ knowledge and skills,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure,has a reference significance in cultivating the professional talents.
