摘 要:农作物秸秆作为农业生产的附属产物,在我国一直未能得到充分有效的利用,固态发酵技术作为一项成熟的生物化工工艺,在我国应用已久,利用固态发酵秸秆产生的饲料具有极高的营养和经济价值。本文简介了固态发酵生产饲料的原理,综述了近年来秸秆固态发酵生产饲料常用添加菌种的研究进展,并展望了秸秆固态发酵生产饲料添加用菌种的发展应用。Straws as the subsidiary products of agricultural yield,they have not been able to be effectively used in our country. As a mature biological chemical process,solid state fermentation technology has been used for a long time in China,feeds fermented from straws by this technology are always with high nutrition and economic value. In this paper,the theory of feeds from solid state fermentation was firstly introduced,then some series of the strains for feeds fermented from straws in research progress were reviewed. Moreover,the development and application of the strains for feeds fermented by solid state fermentation were also prospected.
