基于SPOC的药物化学试题库建设及应用体会

摘　　要：药物化学是药学、药品质量检验、制药、药品经营与管理等专业重要的专业课程,该课程综合性强、知识点多、学习难度较大。为帮助学生及时复习所学知识、提高药物化学教学质量,笔者探索建设基于SPOC平台的药物化学试题库,并将其应用于学生的日常学习和考试中。通过对比分析发现,试题库建设和应用之后,学生的学习积极性提高、学习成绩也大幅上升。Pharmaceutical chemistry is an important professional course in pharmacy major,drug quality inspection major,pharmaceutical major and drug management major. The course is comprehensiveness,and many knowledge points,and difficult to learn. To help students review their knowledge in time and improve the teaching quality of pharmaceutical chemistry,the author explores the construction of a pharmaceutical chemistry test question bank which based on SPOC platform and applies it to students’ daily study and examination. Through contrastive analysis,it is found that after the construction and application of the test question bank,students’ learning enthusiasm and academic performance have all increased significantly.
