摘　　要：信息化社会的发展,改变了人们的生活,档案管理技术也得到了提升,同时也面临着巨大的挑战。目前我国档案管理模式比较落后,为了加快档案管理信息化进程,必须创新档案管理模式。文章介绍了传统档案信息的服务模式,包括社会实践环境、信息文明提升、市场经济的社会行为,以及建设的必要性。文章分析了信息化社会给档案信息服务带来新的要求和影响,档案信息化已经得到了社会的广泛认可,信息化可以更好地实现信息共享和传递等,也给档案信息服务带来了新挑战。为顺应信息时代的发展,档案管理部门应利用科学技术手段对档案信息服务模式进行改革,提高档案信息数据的工作效率,同时各部门之间应加强沟通,使档案信息服务质量能够得到提升,以便更好地发展。The development of an information-based society has changed people＇s lives,and the file management technology has also been improved.At the same time,it is also facing enormous challenges.At present,China＇s archives management model is relatively backward.In order to speed up the information management process of archives management,the archives management model must be innovated.This paper describes the service model of traditional archive information,including the social practice environment,the improvement of information civilization,the social behavior of market economy,and the necessity of construction.The analysis of the information society has brought new requirements and impacts to the archives information service.The archives informationization has been widely recognized by the society,which can better realize information sharing and transmission,and also bring new information to the file information service.challenge.In order to comply with the development of the information age,the archives management department should use scientific and technological means to reform the file information service model and improve the efficiency of file information data.At the same time,all departments should strengthen communication so that the quality of archive information services can be improved.Better development.
