摘 要:为测定不同规格的通风笼玉米秸秆对体外发酵的影响,选择最适规格的通风笼达到对玉米的优化存储,本试验选取了1、0.8、0.5 m宽通风笼的玉米秸秆为试验组,对照组为传统堆垛法玉米秸秆,每组有三个平行,分别在3、6、12、24、48、72 h测量玉米秸秆体外发酵产气量;在72 h测量不同规格通风笼玉米体外发酵p H、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)与氨态氮的含量。试验结果表明:通风笼法和传统堆垛法的产气量在整体上有显著差异,1 m宽通风笼玉米秸秆的产气量与传统堆垛法玉米秸秆的产气量相比在6个时间点都没有显著差异(P>0.05);0.8 m宽通风笼玉米秸秆的产气量与传统堆垛法玉米秸秆的产气量相比在3 h和6 h分别提高28.6%和40%(P<0.05),其他时间点无显著差异(P>0.05);0.5 m宽通风笼玉米秸秆的产气量与传统堆垛法玉米秸秆的产气量相比3 h时产气量提高35.7%(P<0.05),其他时间点均无显著差异(P>0.05);三种规格的通风笼产气量相比,0.8 m宽通风笼玉米秸秆的产气量要高于其他两组;传统堆垛法玉米秸秆体外瘤胃发酵的p H极显著高于通风笼法(P<0.01),说明传统堆垛法不如通风笼的发酵效果好;不同规格通风笼储存的玉米秸秆体外瘤胃发酵的p H无显著性差异(P>0.05);氨态氮浓度以及乙酸、丙酸、丁酸的浓度,四种储存方法均没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of corn stalks stored in ventilated cages with different specifications in vitro fermentation,choose the optimum ventilation cage specifications to reach the optimized storage of maize.The experimental group selected 1,0.8,0.5 m wide ventilation cage corn straw,control group for the traditional stacking method of corn straw,each group has three parallel experiments,the gas production of corn straw fermentation in vitro were determined in 3,6,12,24,48,72 h;and the contents of volatile fqtty acids(VFA),ammonia nitrogen and p H in vitro fermentation of corn cages of different sizes were measured at 72 h.The results showed that ventilation cage method and traditional stacking method of gas production had significant differences in the overall,there was no significant difference in the gas production rate of 1 m wide ventilation cage corn stalk and the gas yield of corn straw in conventional stacking method at 6 h(P 〉 0.05);compared with the traditional method,the gas production rate of corn straw in 0.8 m wide ventilation cage were increased by 28.6% and 40%(P 〈 0.05) at 3 and 6 h,there was no significant difference between the other time points(P 〉 0.05);the gas production of 0.5 m wide cage corn straw increased by 35.7%(P 〈 0.05) compared with the traditional method of straw corn gas production at 3 h,and there was no significant difference(P 〉 0.05) at the other time points.Three kinds of specifications of the ventilation cage gas production were compared,the gas production rate of 0.8 m wide ventilation cage was higher than that of the other two groups;the traditional stacking method of corn straw in vitro rumen fermentation p H was significantly higher than that of ventilation cage method(P 〈 0.01),the results showed that the fermentation effect of traditional stacking method was not as good as that of the ventilation cage;different specifications of ventilated cages of corn straw in vitro rumen fermentation storage p
