不同产地铁皮石斛水提物的抗疲劳作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同产地铁皮石斛水提物的抗疲劳作用。方法取4个产地铁皮石斛制备水提取物,进行小鼠负重游泳及游泳疲劳实验,测定力竭游泳时间、血乳酸及肝糖原含量,评价铁皮石斛其抗疲劳作用。结果铁皮石斛水提取物显著延长小鼠力竭游泳时间、降低疲劳小鼠血清乳酸含量及增加疲劳小鼠肝糖原含量。结论铁皮石斛水提取物具有抗疲劳作用。Objective: To study the anti-fatigue effect of aqueous extracts of Dendrobium candidum produced in different areas. Methods:Aqueous extracts of Dendrobium candidum in four areas were selected to prepare aqueous extracts. The mice were subjected to weight-bearing swimming and swimming fatigue tests. The exhaustive swimming time,blood lactate and hepatic glycogen content were determined to evaluate the anti-fatigue effect of Dendrobium candidum. Results:The aqueous extracts of Dendrobium candidum significantly prolonged the swimming time of the mice,reduced the serum lactic acid content of fatigued mice and increased the liver glycogen content of fatigued mice. Conclusion:The aqueous extracts of Dendrobium candidum have anti-fatigue effect.
