摘 要:随着无线通信技术的迅猛发展,微波电路和射频无源器件日益受到人们的青睐。低温共烧陶瓷以其高集成度、低成本、耐高温等优势,成为行业最有竞争力的技术之一。基于低温共烧陶瓷工艺技术,结合传统滤波器的经典理论,设计了双传输零点LTCC带通滤波器。具体地,用基于有限元全波分析方法的高频电磁软件HFSS,构建了带通滤波器的模型。设计滤波器中心频率为2 GHz,相对带宽约16%,通过加载Z、H字型结构引入2个传输零点,极大地增强了带内选择性和带外抑制性能。With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, microwave circuits and RF passive devices are increasingly favored by people. LTCC, for its high integration, low cost and hightemperature resistance, becomes one of the most competitive technologies in the industry. Based on the LTCC process technology and in combination with the classical theory of the traditional filter, the filter is designed. The high-frequency electromagnetic software HFSS based on the finite-element full-wave analysis method is used to construct the band-pass filter model. The designed filter, with center frequency of 2GHz, and relative bandwidth of about 16%, and by loading Z and H-shaped structures to introduce two transmission zeros, greatly enhances the in-band selectivity and out-of-band rejection performance.
