摘　　要：中医"内外相关"学说是曹东义教授在河图洛书思想基础上,吸收国医大师邓铁涛教授"五脏相关"理论提出的学术观点。河洛文化是中医的根脉和源泉;"五脏相关"理论,重点强调五脏六腑之间相互联系、相互影响的生理病理特点;"内外相关"学说,根据河洛整体生成的思想,结合五脏相关理论,概括说明人体内外、表里、阴阳、脏腑之间是一个完整的整体。这一学术思想,是中医整体观念的延伸,能够指导中医临床实践,尤其是有利于阐明中医外治方法的学术原理,让中医优秀的特质独立于西医的目光之外。The theory of internal and external correlation of traditional Chinese medicine is the academic viewpoint put forward by Professor Cao Dong-yi on the basis of the thought of He Tu Luo shu（the ancient Chinese mythological fiction） and the theory of five zang correlation by Professor Deng Tie-tao.The He-Luo culture is the root and the source of traditional Chinese medicine.The theory of five zang correlation emphasizes the physiological and pathological features of the five zang and six fu,which relate and influence each other,and the theory of internal and external correlation is a thought combined with the theory of five zang correlation on the basis of He-Luo culture,which summarizes that the body is a whole between the internal and the external,the exterior and the interior,Yin and Yang,and zang and fu.This academic idea is the extension of the concept of the holism of Chinese medicine,which can guide the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine,especially the academic principles of the method of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,so that the excellent qualities of traditional Chinese medicine are independent of the Western medicine.
