摘　　要：目的探讨一次性洗发帽在ICU患者基础护理中的应用效果。方法将重症患者56例随机分为2组,对照组采用传统床上洗头方法,实验组采用一次性洗发帽进行床上洗头。结果传统方法组洗发时间(10.69±0.80)min长于一次性洗发帽组(4.04±0.56)min(P<0.05),干燥时间比较无统计学差异;2组总不良事件发生率、清洁度优良率、满意度比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论一次性洗发帽操作时间短,不良事件发生率低,清洁度及满意度高,值得临床应用推广。Objective To analyze effect of disposable shampoo cap in basic nursing of critically ill patients. Methods A total of 56 patients with severe disease were randomly divided into two groups. The control group used traditional bed shampoo method,while the experimental group used disposable shampoo cap to wash head on the bed. Results The experimental group had longer headwashing time than the control [（10. 69 ± 0. 80） min vs.（4. 04 ± 0. 56） min,P〈0. 05）. There was no statistically significant difference in drying time. The total incidence of adverse events,excellent rate of cleanliness,and satisfaction of two groups showed significant differences. Conclusion Disposable shampoo cap has the advantages of short operation time,low incidence of adverse events and high cleanness and satisfaction,so is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
