监护室护士在转科病人延伸护理中的职责与作用

摘　　要：目的探讨监护室护士在延伸护理模式下对监护室转科病人的作用及效果。方法选取2015年4月至2017年3月我科患者206例,分为观察组(105例)和对照组(101例),观察组专科护士在患者转科后3天内开展延伸护理,比较两组病人出科后ICU重返率、不良事件发生率、患者满意度及护士满意度。结果观察组病人的ICU重返率为4.76%,低于对照组的13.86%(p<0.05);观察组在普通病房不良事件发生率为4.76%,低于对照组的13.86%(p<0.05);观察组患者满意度和护士满意度均高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论专科护士在监护室转科病人中开展延伸护理,有助于降低病人ICU重返率,降低不良事件发生率,提高患者及医护人员的满意度。Objective To discuss the function and effect of the ICU nurse in extended nursing of transferred patients. Methods A total of 206 patients who admitted hospital from April 2015 to March 2017 were enrolled in this study. We then divided them into the observation group（n=105） and the control group（n=101）. Patients in the observation group received extended nursing from the specialist nurses within 3 days after transferred out the ICU. We then compared the rate of ICU reentry, incidence of adverse events, patient satisfaction and nurse satisfaction between the two groups. Results The rate of ICU reentry was 4.76% in the observation group, which was lower than the control group（13.86%, p〈0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse events in the general ward was 4.76% in the observation group, which was lower than the control group（13.86%, p〈0.05）. The proportions of satisfied patients and nurses were higher in the observation group than the control group（p〈0.05）. Conclusion Specialist nurses in the ICU carry out extended nursing helps to reduce the ICU patient re-entry rate, the incidence of adverse events, and improve patients and medical staff satisfaction.
