中小城市区域交通规划的国家战略响应——以广西崇左市城市区域交通规划为例

摘　　要：区域交通系统是城市发展的主要动力之一。通过分析中小城市发展与国家战略的耦合机制,提出响应国家战略的中小城市区域交通的发展路径。文章以广西崇左市城市综合交通规划为例,在分析广西战略格局变化的基础上,提出城市区域交通战略定位及规划策略,并阐述了城市区域交通的规划方案,具体包括综合交通枢纽、公路、铁路及水运和港口等,为中小城市的区域交通规划提供了较好的参考。Regional transportation system is one of the main driving forces of urban development. By analyzing the coupling mechanism between the development of small and medium-sized cities and the national strategy, the development path of small and medium sized cities obeying national strategy is put forward. Meanwhile, the development target and planning strategy of urban regional transportation planning is presented by analyzing the national strategy in Guangxi. In addition, the schemes of urban regional transportation planning are designed including highways, railways, waterways and ports, which can be referenced for small urban regional transportation planning.
