摘 要:目的建立黄皮叶中总黄酮的质量分数测定方法,并考察其体外抗氧化活性。方法以芦丁为对照品,采用Al(NO_3)_3·9H_2O-NaNO_2显色法及紫外-可见分光光度法测定黄皮叶总黄酮的质量分数,FRAP(Ferric ion reducing antioxidant power)法对黄皮叶黄酮类成分的抗氧化活性进行评价。结果方法学考察结果符合定量要求,芦丁质量浓度在8~64μg/m L的范围内与吸光度线性关系良好(r=0.999 1),平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.9%(n=6)。黄皮叶总黄酮的抗氧化能力相当于0.1~0.3 mg/m L的维生素C溶液。结论建立的质量分数测定方法简单快速、重复性良好、结果准确可靠,可用于黄皮叶的质量控制;黄皮叶总黄酮提取液具有良好的抗氧化作用,具有开发成新的天然抗氧化剂的广阔前景。Objective To establish a method for determining the content of flavonoids in Clausena lansium Folium and evaluate its antioxidant activity. Methods The content of flavonoids in Clausena lansium Folium was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry with aluminum nitrate-sodium nitrite as chromogenic method. FRAP(Ferric ion reducing antioxidant ability) was employed to evaluate its antioxidant activity. Results This method used rutin as chemical reference substance, with a good linear relationship(r = 0.999 1) in the range of 8-64 μg/m L,and the average recovery ratio is 99.9% with RSD less than 1.9%(n = 6). The results were in accordance with the quantitative requirements. The antioxidant capacity of the sample is equivalent to that of 0. 1-0. 3 mg/m L vitamin C solution. Conclusion The established method is simple,rapid,reproducible,and accurate,which could be used for the quality control of Clausena lansium Folium. Flavonoids extracted from Clausena lansium Folium had some antioxidant activity and broad prospects for developing new natural antioxidants.
