双微导管技术在颅内宽颈动脉瘤介入治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究双微导管技术在颅内宽颈动脉瘤介入治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年1月至2016年3月本院所收治的颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者42例为研究对象,据治疗方式差异分观察组与对照组;观察组行双微导管介入法治疗,对照组行支架辅助治疗。观察两组住院时间以及治疗后6个月美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、生活活动能力(ADL)评分、格拉斯哥预后评分、并发症发生率。结果:两组住院时间、NIHSS评分、ADL评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组预后恢复良好率相当(P>0.05);死亡率、植物生存率以及致残率对比亦无显著差异(P>0.05);并发症总发生中观察组发生率(14.29%)低于对照组(33.33%),P<0.05。结论:双微导管技术与支架辅助栓塞应用于颅内宽颈动脉瘤的治疗效果相当,但双微导管技术介入治疗能够减少并发症的发生。Objective： To explore the effect of double catheter technique in the interventional treatment of intracranial wide necked aneurysms. Methods： 42 patients with intracranial wide necked aneurysms admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2016 were selected as the subjects. According to the difference of treatment methods,all the patients were divided into two groups： the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated by double micro catheter intervention,and the control group was treated with stent assisted therapy. The time of two groups of hospitalization and the neurological deficit（NIHSS） score,living activity（ADL） score,Glasgow prognosis score,and the incidence of complications after 6 months after treatment were observed. Results： There was no significant difference in NIHSS scores and ADL scores between the two groups（P 0.05）; The good recovery rate of the two groups was equal（P 0.05）.There was no significant difference in mortality,survival rate and disability rate（P 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group（14.29%） was lower than that in the control group（33.33%）,P 0.05. Conclusion： Double microcatheter technique and stent assisted embolization are effective in the treatment of intracranial wide necked aneurysms,but double microcatheter interventional therapy can reduce the incidence of complications.
