益气活血补肾汤联合法舒地尔治疗脑血栓的效果分析及对其认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究益气活血补肾汤联合法舒地尔治疗脑血栓的临床效果分析及其对患者认知功能的影响。方法:选取2016年1月到2017年1月于我院治疗脑血栓的100例患者作为研究对象。均分为研究组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对照组采用益气活血补肾汤辅助常规抗血栓药物进行治疗;研究组采用益气活血补肾汤联合法舒地尔进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、NFD和MBI评分、血液流变学各项指标。结果:研究组患者的临床疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的NDF评分显著低于对照组的同时MBI评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的血液流变学各项指标(FIB、HBV、ESR、HCT)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血补肾汤联合舒地尔注射液治疗脑血栓具有较好的临床效果,能够明显提高临床治疗的疗效,改善患者的血流状态,提高MBI、NFD评分,提高患者治疗体验,提升其认知功能的恢复,对脑血栓的治疗大有裨益。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Bushen decoction combined with fasudil in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis and its influence on patients＇ cognitive function. Methods： 100 patients with cerebral thrombosis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into study group（n = 50） and control group（n = 50）. The control group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Bushen decoction combined with conventional antithrombotic drugs. The study group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Bushen decoction combined with fasudil. the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after treatment,and the nfd and mbi scores of the two groups were compared. The hemorheology indexes of the two groups were compared. Results： The clinical efficacy of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group（P 0.05）. The NDF score of the patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the MBI score was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 0.05）. The hemorheological indexes（FIB,HBV,ESR,HCT） of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue Bushen decoction combined with Shu Di injection has good clinical effect in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis. It can obviously improve the curative effect of the clinical treatment,improve the blood flow status of the patients,improve the MBI,NFD score,improve the treatment experience of the patients,and improve the recovery of cognitive function. It is of great benefit to the treatment of cerebral blood thrombus.
