摘 要:考虑到VLCC艏部采用直立艏线型设计能够提高船舶阻力性能,降低油耗,但是直立艏也会给结构设计带来一定问题,如总纵弯矩增加、艏部冲击载荷增大等,由此带来结构增重,根据VLCC实船设计经验,从艏尖舱类型、线型设计、冲击载荷计算、结构优化布置等方面进行讨论,总结出一套VLCC直立型首部结构优化设计方法,有效控制艏部结构重量。The vertical-profile bow of VLCC has good performance in resistance test and the advantage of low energy consumption,but it will bring some problems to structure design,such as increase of longitudinal bending moment and bow impact which will increase the hull weight. According to the design experience of VLCC,some aspects were discussed about,such as the tank type of bow,hull line design,calculation of bow impact and optimization arrangement of structures. A solution of optimization design of bow structures for VLCC was put forward,which can control the weight of bow structure effectively.
