摘 要:目的:探讨mi RNA-107(mi R-107)在肺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:收集52例肺癌患者组织标本,RT-PCR检测肺癌组织及癌旁组织中mi R-107的表达水平,并分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系。绘制ROC曲线,评价mi R-107表达水平对肺癌的诊断价值。结果:mi R-107在肺癌组织中的表达明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。mi R-107表达量下调42例,表达量上调10例,其表达仅与性别和TNM分期有关(P<0.05),而与年龄、吸烟史、病理类型、肿瘤大小、是否淋巴结转移及生存时间无关(P>0.05)。根据mi R-107表达水平绘制ROC曲线,曲线下面积(Az)为0.736(95%CI:0.639-0.833),临界值取4.4649时,mi R-107诊断肺癌的灵敏度和特异性均为71.2%。结论:mi R-107在肺癌组织中表达量下调,且可为肺癌诊断和治疗的提供参考依据。Objective: To investigate the expression of mi RNA-107(mi R-107) in lung cancer tissues and its clinical significance. Methods: 52 tissues of the lung cancer patients were collected from Nantong tumor hospital. The expressions of mi R-107 were compared between the lung cancer tissues and the para-carcinoma tissues by real-time PCR and its relationship with clinical pathological features was analyzed. ROC curve was drawn to evaluate the diagnosis value of mi R-107 expression in lung cancer. Results: The expressions of mi R-107 in lung cancer tissues were less than those in para-carcinoma tissues(P〈0.01). 42 patients showed down-regulation of mi R-107, and 10 patients showed up-regulation of mi R-107. The expressions of mi R-107 only correlated to gender and TNM staging(P〈0.05), but there were no correlations with age, smoking history, pathological type, tumor size, lymphatic metastasis and survival time(P〉0.05). mi R-107 expression had a value of diagnosis in lung cancer by ROC curve. Az of ROC curve was 0.736(95% CI:0.639-0.833), when the critical value was 4.4649, the sensitivity and specificity were 71.2%. Conclusion:mi R-107 is down-regulated in lung cancer tissues, and it provides a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
