摘 要:医院的生产力是人才,科室管理者比院级领导更加影响人才的职业发展之路。医院文化因其重要的功能越来越引起院级领导的重视,但因实施过程中的种种误区,在临床科室却没有引起足够的重视。本文通过分析医院文化建设与核心价值观、人才管理制度三者的关系,指出医院文化建设要靠制度来落实,医院人才的选聘、培养与使用以及评价制度必须紧紧围绕医院的核心价值观,才能有效地提高医疗水平,服务大众健康。Heahheare professionals in the hospital is where the productivity lies. The department managers plays a more important role in the career development than hospital leaders. Hospital culture has attracted more and more attention from hospital leaders because of its important functions. However, hospital culture is ignored in clinical departments because of misconceptions in implementation. This article analyzed the relationship between hospital culture construction, core values, and talent management system. It pointed out that the construction of hospital culture required the system. The recruitment, training, appointment, and evaluation system of talent in the hospital must closely follow the hospital's core values in order to effectively improve the level of medical service and serve for the public health.
