上中切牙根尖囊肿治疗后正畸牙移动的初步研究

摘　　要：目的比较患根尖囊肿的上颌中切牙经根管治疗和根尖手术后进行正畸移动对牙根吸收的影响。方法 32例患根尖囊肿的上颌中切牙根管治疗和根尖囊肿刮治及根尖倒充填术后3个月开始正畸牙移动,测量前牙正畸预设目标到达时患牙牙根吸收量,患者对侧健康同名牙为对照组,两组间进行比较。结果囊肿组牙根吸收与对照组牙根吸收量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论患根尖囊肿中切牙完善治疗后可以进行常规正畸治疗。Objective To compare the root absorption between maxillary incisor with apical cyst and normal incisor after root canal treatment.Methods Thirty-two patients with apical cyst were treated with root canal treatment of maxillary incisors,cyst curettage and rettograde filling.After 3 months recovery,these incisors began for orthodontic treatment and contralateral normal maxillary incisors were used as a compared group.The root absorption was compared between the two groups.Results There was no difference of root absorption between the two groups.Conclusion Maxillary incisor with apical cyst can be given with normal orthodontic treatment after root canal treatment.
