Objective To investigate the effect of changes in tissue oxygen supply and oxygen consumption on prognosis of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods Sixty patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected as research objects. The tissue oxygen supply and oxygen consumption indexes( DO2,DO2I,VO2,VO2I,SaO2,PaO2 and CaO2)of all the patients were measured. The CT severity index( CTSI) score and sequential organ failure assessment( SOFA) score before and after 24 and 48 hours of treatment were compared. Results The tissue oxygen supply and oxygen consumption indexes in the patients with higher CTSI score and SOFA score before and after 24 and 48 hours of treatment were worse than those in the patients with lower scores( P〈0. 05).Conclusion The tissue oxygen supply and oxygen consumption of patients with acute pancreatitis were significantly different. The differences between patients with different CTSI score and SOFA score are obvious. Therefore, the changes can be used as a reference for diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis.
