心理干预对原发性三叉神经痛患者疼痛及睡眠的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对原发性三叉神经痛(PTN)患者疼痛及睡眠的影响。方法我院收治的PTN患者118例,按随机数字表法分为心理干预组与对照组各59例。两组均给予拉莫三嗪分散片治疗,心理干预组在此基础上给予心理干预。观察两组干预前后血清缓激肽(BK)、脑内神经肽Y(NPY)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平及焦虑、抑郁、疼痛、睡眠质量评分。结果干预后,心理干预组BK、NPY、5-HT、PGE2,SAS、SDS、VAS评分及PSQI各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。心理干预组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理干预可有效缓解PTN患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低致痛因子水平,减少患者疼痛,提高睡眠质量。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on pain and sleep of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia（ PTN）.Methods A total of 118 patients with PTN admitted to our hospital were divided into psychological intervention group and control group according to the random number table method,59 in each group.The two groups were all treated with lamotrigine dispersible tablets.The psychological intervention group was further treated with psychological intervention.Serum bradykinin（ BK）,nerve peptide Y（ NPY）,5-hydroxytryptamine（ 5-HT） and prostaglandin E2（ PGE2） before and after intervention were observed. In addition,scores of anxiety,depression,pain and sleep quality were observed.Results After intervention,the levels of BK,NPY,5-HT,PGE2,and the scores of SAS,SDS,VAS and PSQI in the psychological intervention group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.The total effective rate in the psychological intervention group was higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression,lower the level of pain-producing factors,reduce the pain and improve the sleep quality of PTN patients.
