摘  要:目的探讨贝特类降脂药和他汀类降脂药对脂肪肝伴高胆固醇血症患者血脂及炎性因子的影响。方法我院210例高胆固醇血症合并脂肪肝患者,采用随机数字法分为两组,吉非罗齐组在常规治疗基础上加用吉非罗齐,辛伐他汀组在常规治疗基础上加用辛伐他汀,观察两组治疗前后各项血脂指标和白介素-6水平的变化。结果两组治疗后血脂、血清炎性因子水平及转氨酶水平较治疗前均降低,脂肪肝程度明显减轻,吉非罗齐组胆固醇水平和高密度脂蛋白水平低于辛伐他汀组,甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白、极低密度脂蛋白水平高于辛伐他汀组(P<0.05)。结论吉非罗齐和辛伐他汀均能有效降低血脂水平,减轻脂肪肝程度,但他汀类降脂药对于高胆固醇血症患者降低胆固醇效果较贝特类降脂药更佳。Objective To investigate the effect of fibrates drugs and statin drugs on blood lipids and inflammatory factors in patients with fatty liver complicated with hypercholesterolemia.Methods Two hundred and ten patients with hypercholesterolemia complicated with fatty liver in our hospital were randomly divided into gemfibrozil group and simvastatin group.Based on routing treatment,the gemfibrozil group was treated with gemfibrozil while the simvastatin group was given simvastatin. The changes in various indexes of blood lipid and IL-6 before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the levels of lipid,transaminase and serum inflammatory factors were significantly decreased and the degree of fatty liver was significantly reduced in the both groups when compared to before treatment. The levels of cholesterol and HDL-C were lower while the levels of TC,LDL-C and HLDL-C were higher in the gemfibrozil group than those in the simvastatin group( P〈0. 05).Conclusion Fibrates drugs and statin drugs can all effectively reduce the blood lipid level and lighten the degree of fatty liver.However,statin drugs are more efficient in patients with hypercholesterolemia.
