摘　　要：脉冲发生器是UWB通信中的核心部件之一。为了满足超宽带通信的需求,文中基于双极性晶体管设计了一种可用于OOK调制的低成本超宽带脉冲发生器。电路包括脉冲整形电路和振荡器电路两部分,触发脉冲经脉冲整形电路转换为一个窄脉冲,并输出至振荡器电路的控制级,用于控制振荡。实测结果表明,脉冲幅度达到约2.4 V,脉冲频谱中心频率为4 GHz,10 dB带宽可达1.1 GHz。Pulse generator is one of the key components in ultra-wideband communication. In order to meet the requirements of UWB communication,in this paper,a low-cost ultra-wideband pulse generator based on bipolar transistor is designed,which can be used for OOK modulation. The circuit comprises a pulse shaping circuit and an oscillator circuit. The trigger pulse is converted into a very narrow pulse by the pulse shaping circuit,which is output to the control stage of the oscillator circuit for controlling oscillation. The measured results show that the pulse amplitude is more than 2. 4 V,the center frequency of the pulse spectrum is 4 GHz,and the bandwidth of 10 dB is about 1. 1 GHz.
