摘 要:肿瘤的发病率逐年增加,而肿瘤学专业涵盖内容广泛,专业人才培养相对更困难。对医学生、规范化培训医师和进修医师的人才培养成效直接影响着人们健康水平。文章结合近年来在肿瘤专业带教过程中的实践,总结出一些带教经验,并提出针对性整合教学模式:对五年制或七年制临床实习医师采用基于CBL或PBL的针对性整合模式;对住院规范化培训医师与临床医学专业硕士采用基于提高临床技能的针对性整合模式;对进修医师和高年资规培医师采用基于专业拓展的针对性整合模式以做到因材施教,提高肿瘤学带教质量。Training of oncological professionals is relatively difficult because of the increasing incidence of tumors and wide range of the subject.People's health is directly affected by the training results of medical students,standardized training physicians and refresher doctors.By combining with our practice of oncology teaching in recent years,this paper sums up some teaching experiences,and puts forward the targeted integrated teaching mode.We carry out this teaching mode based on CBL or PBL among the five-or seven-year-program clinical medicine students during their internship,based on improving clinical skills among those physicians receiving standardized residents training and professional master's degree candidates of clinical medicine,and based on the professional development among those refresher physicians and senior trainee physicians,which helps teach them according to their aptitude and improve the quality of oncology teaching.
