摘  要:随着全球化进程的不断加快,高等院校作为中国"文化走出去"的主力军,要走以质量提升为核心的内涵式发展道路。伴随"文化走出去"战略构想的提出,外语学科建设已经提高到国家战略层面。医学院校如何根据"走出去"的战略需求,找准自身定位、明确发展方向,在外语学科人才培养中实现与其他高校的错位发展,既关系到自身发展,也是实现国家中长期教育改革和发展规划的需要。文章对山东省五所医学院校外语学科专业建设现状进行了调研,在分析现状的同时提出了应对策略,以期能从发展战略角度为医学院校外语学科专业建设提供启示。With the rapid development of globalization,colleges and universities in China,as the main force of Chinese culture diffusion,should take quality improvement as the core of the connotation on the road of development.Along with the putting forward of Chinese culture diffusion strategy,the disciplinary development of foreign languages and literature has been lifted to the national strategic level.Therefore,how to find self-positioning,be clear about the direction of development and complement each other in students' teaching and training has great importance for both self-development and the national mid-and long-term educational reform and development planning.By taking five medical colleges and universities in Shandong Province as an example,we conducted a survey on the current status of foreign languages and literature disciplinary development.This paper analyzes the current situation and puts forward the coping strategies in the hope of providing enlightenment for foreign languages and literature disciplinary development at medical colleges and universities from the perspective of developmental strategy.
