摘　　要：目的探讨开窗减压术在颌骨囊肿治疗中的效果。方法对16例颌骨囊肿病例进行开窗减压术,通过CBCT测量囊腔最大直径,分析比较术前和术后6个月囊腔大小变化。结果 16例颌骨囊肿病例行开窗减压术6个月后,囊肿体积均明显缩小,周围骨质再生明显,与术前比较,差异有统计学意义。结论开窗减压术治疗颌骨囊肿操作简单,能取得较好的临床治疗效果,值得广泛推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of fenestration decompression in the treatment of maxillary cysts. Methods： 16 cases of large bone cysts of the jaw were selected by the fenestration decompression treatment,the maximal diameter of the cyst was measured by CBCT,and the size of the lumen was compared before and after surgery. Results：After 6 months of fenestration decompression in 16 cases of maxillofacial cysts,the volume of cyst was significantly reduced,and the surrounding bone regeneration was obvious,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The operation of fenestration decompression for maxillofacial cyst is simple,it can obtain good clinical treatment effect,and it is worth popularizing widely.
