某高校糖尿病患病情况分析及康复干预措施探讨

摘　　要：目的分析某高校的糖尿病患病情况,并提出康复干预措施。方法选取某高校2017年3月—2018年1月间参加体检的教职工,共2325人。其中男性1117人,女性1208人。对所有体检者进行空腹血糖筛查,并进行统计分析。结果在2325名体检者中,男性检出血糖异常的人数为229人,占比20.48%;女性检出血糖异常的人数为107人,占比8.85%。在2325名体检者中,不同年龄阶段的糖尿病检出情况存在一定差异。在41~60岁的年龄阶段中,与其他年龄阶段的血糖异常人数相比明显增多为208例,占比17.49%。在41~60岁之间135例男性患者73例女性患者中,34.10%的男教工和44,60%的女教工感教学、科研任务重,其他的影响因素则包括社会压力大、家庭责任重、锻炼机会少、超重、饮食不合理、作息时间不规律、吸烟、饮酒等。结论该高校糖尿病患病率较高,且男性明显高于女性,在41~60岁的年龄阶段,糖尿病患病人数明显增多,过重的教学科研任务可能是该病的影响因素之一,需加强对这部分人群的糖尿病康复干预。Objective： To analyze the prevalence of diabetes mellitus in a university and propose rehabilitation interventions. Methods： Atotal of 2325 faculty members who participated in physical examination in January March 2017 were selected from a university in January. There were 1117 men and 1208 women. Fasting blood glucose screening was performed on all physical examiners,and statistical analysis was performed. Results： Among the 2325 people,the number of abnormal blood glucose in men was 229,accounting for 20. 48%,and the number of abnormal blood glucose in women was 107,accounting for8. 85%. Among the 2325 physical examiners,there were some differences in the detection of diabetes at different ages. At the age of 41 ~ 60,there were 208 cases of abnormal blood sugar compared with other age groups,accounting for 17. 49%. Among the 73 female patients with 135 male patients aged 41 ~ 60,34. 10% of the male teaching workers and 44,60% of the female teachers were teaching and the research task was heavy. The other factors included the social pressure,the heavy family responsibility,the less exercise opportunities,the overweight,the irrational diet,irregular time and rest,smoking,drinking and so on. Conclusion： The prevalence rate of diabetes in the university is higher,and the male is obviously higher than the female. The number of diabetes in the age of 41 ~ 60 is obviously increased. The overweight teaching and scientific research task may be one of the factors affecting the disease.
