摘  要:设计基于PLC和变频器控制的多泵循环变频恒压供水方案,根据管网压力、流量信号自动调整泵运行数量及状态;泵运用变频调速控制管网水压;系统含自动及手动运行方式,运用PID调节原理,实现供水和用水的动态平衡。Design the multi pump circulating constant pressure water supply scheme based on PLC and frequency converter, automatically adjust the number and state of the pump according to the pressure and flow signal of the pipe network. The pump uses frequency conversion speed control to control the water pressure of the pipe network; the system contains automatic and manual operation mode, and uses PID to adjust the original principle to realize the dynamic balance of water supply and water use.
