铸瓷高嵌体修复磨牙大面积牙体缺损的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析铸瓷高嵌体修复磨牙大面积牙体缺损的临床效果。方法选择2017年8月—2018年3月我院收治的48例大面积牙体缺损患者为研究对象,将其分为2组,每组24例。对照组使用树脂材料填充,观察组以CAD/CAM为基础,制作铸瓷高嵌体,分析结果。结果和对照组相比,观察组治疗后食物嵌塞、修复体松脱、继发龋的发生率偏低,治疗成功率较高,P<0.05。结论经根管治疗后,因大范围牙体缺损,会引起牙齿整体性受到破坏。对于磨牙大面积牙体缺损患者,以CAD/CAM为基础,制作铸瓷高嵌体修复磨牙,能取得满意成效,使用年限长。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the high cast porcelain inlay in repairing large area tooth defect of molar. Methods 48 patients with large tooth defects admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects, and the patients were divided into two groups, with 24 cases in each group. The control group was filled with resin material, and the observation group was based on CAD/CAM, and cast porcelain inlay was made, and the results were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, after treatment, the incidence of food impaction, prosthesis loosen the caries was lower in the observation group, and the treatment success rate was significantly higher, P〈0.05. Conclusion After the treatment of root canal, the tooth integrity is damaged due to extensive dental defects. Based on CAD/CAM, high cast porcelain inlay can achieve satisfactory results and long service life.
