摘  要:要想进一步提高高校的教学质量就必须构建一支拥有较高学术能力、教学能力的师资队伍。做好高校教师专业技术职务评聘工作又恰恰对提高教师的工作积极性、学习积极性有着至关重要的推进作用。基于高校教师专业技术职务评聘体系,对高校师资队伍进行建设,以期推动高校能够向着更高层次不断发展与进步。In order to further improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities,it is necessary to build a faculty with higher academic and teaching abilities.Doing well the job of appraising and appointing professional technical titles in colleges is precisely a crucial role in promoting teachers’enthusiasm for learning.Based on the evaluation and employment system for professional and technical titles of university teachers,the construction of teaching staff is carried out in order to promote the continuous development and progress of higher education institutions.
