摘　　要：以嘉兴南洋职业技术学院为例,分析了高校文件管理工作的特点与问题,并利用有限的硬件资源,探索一条低成本、高可用的文件管理解决方案,通过开源软件技术构建存储型私有云平台,详细阐述了硬件环境、网络环境等实施技术。Taking Jiaxing Nanyang Polytechnic College as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of document management in colleges and universities, and explores a file management solution with low cost and high availability by using limited hardware resources, and constructs a storage-type private cloud platform through open-source software technology, and expounds implementation techniques, including the hardware environment and network environment and so on.
