摘  要:高校是人才成长的摇篮,是探索与创新的地方。高校要想真正实现教学目的,应该将教学和科研有机地结合起来,使二者相辅相成,相得益彰。高校教师要充分了解当代的科研方向和教育大趋势,将科研恰到好处地引进课堂教学,与学生共同分析并解决新的知识点中的新问题和新情况,只有这样,才能培养出有创新精神与创新能力的人才。高校教师只有不断探索创新钻研,同时不断强化课堂教学,才能真正实现"教研合一",使高校课堂教学发挥最大的作用,培养出对社会有用的人才。A university has to combine teaching and scientific research organically in order to perform her educational function as the cradle of professional talents and scientific innovation and exploration. This requires that university teachers should introduce scientific studying into classroom teaching,whereby they can work together with the students to resolve any new problems and provide talents with innovative ideas and capabilities for the society on the basis of a thorough understanding about the trend of current researches and education. To realize the integration of teaching and research,they have to innovate their knowledge continuously and improving their teaching so as to cultivate useful talents through classroom teaching.
