摘　　要：在国家推进"大众创业、万众创新"和地方高校转型发展背景下,针对机械类专业人才培养,围绕课程体系重构、教学方法改革、实践教学模式创新和工学融合的创新创业型师资队伍建设等方面进行创新创业型人才培养的改革和实践探索。In the context of nationwide ＂ mass innovation and entrepreneurship＂ and the reorientation of local universities to application,a practical reform in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents was attempted for the specialties of mechanical engineering focusing on curricular restructuring,teaching method innovation,practical teaching revolution and innovation and entrepreneurship-oriented teaching team construction that integrates both industry and education.
