摘  要:椭圆滚动体滚动导轨副是一种新型滚动导轨副,为了求得任意外载荷对该类型导轨副各个方向误差的影响,运用齐次变换矩阵建立了直线导轨副的接触刚度模型.在预紧力和接触角变化的情况下,建立了椭圆滚动导轨副得变形模型,并分析了其在一定载荷下的垂直方向和水平方向上的直线误差量和绕3个正交轴旋转的偏转角误差.进而得到椭圆滚动导轨副的垂直、水平2个方向上的线性刚度和3个方向的扭转刚度.通过对所建模型的仿真计算与分析.得到了该类型滚动导轨副的精度变化规律.The elliptical rolling body rolling guide pair is a new rolling guide pair. A contact stiffness model of linear guide pair was established by using homogeneous transformation matrix in order to obtain the influence of any external load on all kinds of directional errors of this type of guide way. In this model,the linear error of the rolling guide pair along the vertical and horizontal directions and the deflection angle around the three orthogonal axes were obtained under the change of the pre tightening force and the contact angle of the rolling linear guide pair. the linear stiffness and the torsional stiffness of three directions in two directions of the rolling guide pair were obtained. The simulation and analysis of the model were carried out. The accuracy change rule of the rolling guide pair was also obtained.
