摘 要:综述了当前茶叶中农药残留的前处理技术和检测技术,并对其优缺点进行了分析,旨在找出茶叶中农药残留检测的最佳切入点。在茶叶农药残留检测上寻找规律并提出意见建议,对茶叶农药残留分析的发展趋势进行了讨论,以期为今后茶叶中农药残留的分析研究提供探索的途径。The pretreatment and detection techniques of pesticide residues in tea were reviewed and the advantages and disadvantages of pesticide residues were analyzed,so as to find out the best pointcut for detection of pesticide residues in tea.The rule of pesticide residue detection in tea was found and suggestions were put forward,the development trend of pesticide residue analysis in tea was discussed,so as to provide an approach for the analysis of pesticide residues in tea in the future.
