摘  要:煤化工废水主要含有COD、氨氮、Cl^-、SO_4^(2-)、NO_3^-酚、氰、硫等污染物,是一种多污染物难降解的有机物工业废水。通过蒸发浓缩技术,利用温度及溶解度差异,采用热法和冷冻法对煤化工废水膜浓缩水中盐(NaCl),硝(Na_2SO_4),COD,氨氮等污染物实现了有效的分离和治理,该方法在煤化工废水零排放治理领域有良好的适用性,为煤化工废水零排放治理提供了新的技术方法。Coal and chemical waste water mainly contains COD, ammonia nitrogen, Cl^-,SO4^2-,NO3^- phenol, cyanogen, sulfur and other pollutants. It is an industrial waste water with many pollutants and difficult to be degraded. Using evaporation and concentration technology, through the use of temperature and the solubility difference, and by using heat and freezing method of coal chemical,some pollutants in chemical industry waste water membrane enrichment water, such as coal and salt(NaCl), nitrate(Na2SO4), COD and ammonia nitrogen can be effectively separated and governed. This method has good applicability in the field of zero discharge treatment of coal and chemical waste water and provides a new technical method.
