摘  要:将同极永磁偏置径向磁悬浮轴承应用于轴流式磁悬浮血泵支承系统,利用永磁偏置降低功耗,同极性结构减少转子磁滞损耗引起的发热,以降低轴流式磁悬浮血泵支承系统的体积和功耗,使其便于植入体内。利用等效磁路法建立了轴承承载模型,采用有限元法获得轴承的气隙磁场分布、耦合特性,最后搭建试验平台,进行了试验验证。结果表明,仿真得到的电流刚度、位移刚度和气隙磁场分布与试验测量结果趋势相同,大小误差均在10%以内。The homo-polar permanent biased radial magnetic bearings( HPRMB) are applied to axial-flow type magnetic blood pump supporting system. The power consumption is reduced by using permanent magnet biased,the heat caused by hysteresis loss of rotor is also decreased through homo-polar structure,which is able to reduce volume and power consumption and facilitates transplantation of axial-flow type magnetic blood pump supporting system. The equivalent magnetic circuit method is adopted to build load capacity model for the bearings,the finite element method is applied to get air-gap magnetic field distribution and coupling characteristics of the bearings. Finally,the test rig is constructed,and the test verification is carried out. The results show that the simulation and testing results of current stiffness,displacement stiffness and air-gap magnetic field distribution have same trend,the errors are mostly less than 10%.
