摘 要:针对某型轴承滚子四线摩擦副滚动接触疲劳寿命试验机存在滚滑现象及润滑冷却效果不佳等问题,对其驱动系统和冷却系统加以改进。采取三轴同步驱动代替原有的两轴驱动,以降低各滚子接触副之间的滑动,实现纯滚动接触;采用进油口风冷与双侧喷油润滑,有效提高了润滑油冷却与各接触副润滑的效果。对比试验表明:在相同试验工况下,各滚子接触副之间的滚滑现象明显降低,试验温升也显著降低,冷却与润滑效果改善,试验机运行稳定。Aiming at rolling/sliding phenomenon and poor lubrication and cooling effect in rolling contact fatigue life test rig with four contact lines for bearing rollers,its driving and cooling system are improved. The original two shafts driving is replaced by three shafts synchronous driving to reduce sliding between contact pair of every roller,and the pure rolling contact is realized. The air cooling at oil inlet and bilateral oil injection lubrication are adopted to effectively improve cooling effect of lubricating oil and lubrication effect among each contact pair. The comparison experiment shows that under same test conditions,the rolling/sliding phenomenon between contact pair of roller and temperature rise is reduced obviously,and the cooling and lubrication effect are improved. The test rig operates steadily.
