整合素α5β1、HPA在PSTT和绒癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨胎盘原位滋养细胞肿瘤(PSTT)和绒癌组织中整合素α5β1和乙酰肝素酶(HPA)的表达及意义。方法:采用Western blot法检测20例绒癌组织、15例PSTT组织和40例正常绒毛组织中整合素α5β1和HPA蛋白的表达情况。结果:绒癌组织中整合素α5β1、HPA蛋白的相对表达量明显高于正常绒毛组织和PSTT组织(P<0.05);PSTT组织中整合素α5β1、HPA蛋白的相对表达量明显高于正常绒毛组织(P<0.05)。结论:整合素α5β1和HPA表达异常可能与绒癌、PSTT的发生发展密切相关。bObjective： To investigate the expression and significance of integrin α5β1 and heparanase（HPA） in placental site trophoblastic tumor（PSTT） and choriocarcinoma tissue. Methods： Western blot was used to detect the integrin α5β1 and HPA protein expression in 20 cases choriocarcinoma tissue, 15 cases PSTT tissue and 40 cases normal villi. Results： The integrin α5β1 and HPA protein expression in choriocarcinoma tissue were obviously higher than PSTT tissue and normal villi（P〈0.05）; The integrin α5β1 and HPA protein expression in PSTT tissue were obviously higher than normal villi（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Abnormal expression of integrin α5β1 and HPA maybe closely related to the development of choriocarcinoma and PSTT.
