黑果腺肋花楸果实抗氧化物质超临界二氧化碳流体萃取研究

摘　　要：利用超临界萃取技术,对黑果腺肋花楸果实中抗氧化物质进行了提取,并对不同影响因素下,黑果腺肋花楸果实中抗氧化物质的提取效果进行了研究。结果表明:萃取条件为果粉细度40目,萃取温度45℃,萃取压力40MPa,萃取时间2h,流体流量20L·h^(-1),夹带剂添加比例1∶10时,抗氧化物质得率达到最大,约为0.9%。The research studied extracting antioxidants from fruits of Aronia melanocarpa by supercritical fluid.Moreover,the effect of the extraction of antioxidants in the fruit of Aronia melanocarpa was studied under different influence factors.The result shows：when material fineness is 40 order,extraction temperature is 45℃,extraction pressure is 40 MPa,the extraction time is 2 h,the carbon dioxide flow rate is 20 L·h-1,and the entrainer addition ratio is 1：10,the extraction rate reaches the maximum,about 0.9%.
