摘 要:该案例研究报告系一名躯体症状为咽喉炎,确诊患有焦虑性神经症的大一男生的咨询经过。此个案源于青春期的自我同一性混乱,由于缺乏父母角色的良性示范,及对表达的焦虑和压抑而出现心理困扰。咨询师主要采用精神分析的理念及技术,在提供良好抱持性环境的基础上,使求助者得到情绪宣泄及精神共鸣,并逐步领悟到导致咽喉症状的真正原因并非生理因素,而是无法获得父母认同及自我认同导致的心理困扰及症状躯体化,进而帮助求助者发展对自己的"忠诚"品质,争取主动"发声"的机会,重新构建与父母的良性关系,恢复自我同一性的健康发展。This case study report is to show the consultation process of a male freshman with physical symptoms, pharyngitis and diagnosed anxiety neurosis. This case was caused by the disorder of self-identity in his adolescence, the lack of benign demonstration from parents, as well as the anxiety and repression of expression. The psychotherapist mainly adopted the concept and techniques of the mental analysis. Specifically, on the basis of providing comfortable environment, the psychotherapist assisted the patient to get emotional catharsis and spiritual resonance, and gradually realized that the real reason for sore throat symptoms was not biological factors, but psychological distress and somatization symptoms caused by being unable to get parents' identity and self-identity. Then, the process can help the patient to develop their own quality of "loyalty" and the initiative "voice", rebuild a good relationship with the parents, and restore the healthy development of selfidentity.
