公安院校模拟讯问教学的实证调查及对策

摘　　要：模拟讯问是公安院校开展侦查讯问教学的重要手段。目前,公安院校模拟讯问的实训形式有录像讯问教学、案例式模拟讯问、体验式模拟讯问、虚拟模拟询问、智能模拟讯问五种。模拟讯问的实证调查分析得知,要做好公安院校的模拟讯问教学,应制定较为详尽的讯问计划、改革询问对象的扮演模式、严格讯问过程的程序模拟、强化询问过程的实体模拟和明确侦查讯问的考核标准。Interrogation is a key approach for interrogation teaching in police colleges. The present practical training forms of simulation interrogation teaching in police colleges include video-based interrogation teaching, case-based simulation interrogation teaching, experiential simulation interrogation, virtual simulation inquiry and Intelligent simulation interrogation. An empirical investigation on simulation interrogation suggests that satisfactory simulation interrogation teaching in police colleges calls for formulation of detailed interrogation plan, reformation of the objects＇ role playing model, strict process simulation in interrogation, intensification of physical simulation in inquiry process and clearly defining of assessment criterion for investigative interrogation.
