摘  要:螺栓连接结构的受迫振动通常存在非线性谐振效应,这会影响基于线性近似的悬臂梁结构特征频率优化结果的可信度,因此必须对其谐振效应加以抑制。分析非线性来源可知螺栓连接面的碰撞等因素导致了非线性,提出在螺栓连接结合面添加弹性胶层的方法来弱化由于螺栓接触状态的周期变化导致的谐振效应,实验结果表明胶层的添加可以明显减弱螺栓固定结构非线性谐振。在此试验结果的基础上,利用拓扑优化方法,以应变能极小为目标对胶接层分布进行优化设计,仿真结果表明优化后的胶层分布可有效的抑制谐振响应。The forced vibration of bolted joints often have nonlinear resonance effect,which affects the credibility of the results of the optimization of eigen-frequency for the cantilever beam based on linearity assumption. The collision of the surface and other factors leading to the nonlinearity is analyzed as the source of nonlinearity. The elastic layer at the contact surface is proposed to weaken the nonlinear resonance effect,which is caused by the changes of the bolted contact states. The experimental results show this approach can significantly weaken the nonlinear resonance of the bolted structure. On the basis of the results,the distribution of adhesive layer is optimized with the minimal strain energy as a objective via the topology optimization method. The simulation results show that the optimized adhesive layer is effective to decrease the nonlinear resonance response.
