摘  要:为了定量分析参数化产品平台构建过程中产品设计参数划分的问题,建立了产品设计参数与性能目标之间不确定关系的回归模型。在回归方程显著性检验基础上,提出基于t检验和标准化回归系数检验的回归参数显著性综合检验进行产品设计参数的划分,消除了量纲不同和数量级差异的不利影响,确定了更合理的产品平台参数和可调节参数。最后,以高速动车组转向架产品平台中动车车轴为例,验证了该方法的有效性。结果表明,该方法可为不同量纲和数量级的设计参数与性能目标间存在不确定关系的产品平台设计参数划分提供有效的解决方案。In order to quantitative analysis the problem of design parameters partition in the parametric product platform building,a regression model was established between product design parameters and performance objectives. On the basis of regression equations significance test, regression parameters significant comprehensive test based on the t test and standardized regression coefficients test was proposed for product design parameters partition,to eliminate the negative impact of the difference dimension and various orders of magnitude,determined a more reasonable results of product platform parameters and adjustable parameters. Finally,an example of motor axle in high-speed EMU bogie product platform verified the effectiveness of the proposed method. Results show that the method provides effective solution for design parameters partition of product platform that there is no definite relation between design parameters and performance objectives,which were difference dimension and various orders of magnitude.
