摘 要:日益严重的医患冲突反映了医患信任的缺失。良好的医患信任关系能满足医患双方情感需要,也是双方实现合作共赢所必需。医患信任问题的产生首先源于熟人社会向陌生人社会的转变,普遍性信任关系未能建立起来。信任与不信任行为之所以发生,很大程度上是基于对信任成本与信任收益,不信任成本与不信任收益的考量而做出的理性决策。医患互动不够、沟通的不足导致医患信任危机。所以,为了提升医患互信水平,需要大力发展基层农村和城市社区医疗服务,确保就近就医;提高信任收益与不信任成本,降低信任成本与不信任收益;加强医患沟通,建立医患信任机制。The increasingly serious Doctor-patient Conflict reflects the lack of trust between doctors and patients. Good doctor-patient trust relationship can meet the emotional needs of doctors and patients,and it is also necessary for both sides to achieve win-win cooperation. The problem of doctor-patient trust stems from the transformation from the acquaintance society to the stranger society,and the universal trust relationship has not been established. The reason for choosing trust or choosing mistrust is largely based on the rational decision made on the cost of trust and the benefit of trust,the cost of distrust and the income of the distrust. Lack of communication between doctors and patients leads to trust crisis. Therefore,in order to enhance the level of mutual trust between doctors and patients,we must vigorously develop grass-roots rural and urban community medical services to ensure close medical treatment. The income of trust and the cost of distrust should be increased,and the cost of trust and the income of distrust should be reduced. We should establish doctor-patient trust mechanism through strengthening communication between doctors and patients.
