摘 要:本文通过分析医务人员在医疗场所执业活动中存在的失范行为,提出医院管理者应从培训医院核心价值观知识内涵,凝炼符合医院发展的核心价值观;依托医院文化优化医务人员内隐系统及专业素养,结合核心制度及岗位要求对医务人员的执业行为加以管理,从而构建以医院道德观念和价值取向为导向;以医院文化为基点,以医务人员知、信、行统一为框架,以第三方评价为介质的医院核心价值观体系,进而达到优化医务人员的内隐系统,影响其执业行为。在培育医务人员核心价值观的过程中逐步实现自觉自省,规范执业行为,提升医院满意度的目的。This paper analyzed the medical staffs' misconduct in the practice of medical facilities, proposed that hospital administration should be strengthened by training hospital core values of knowledge connotation, coagulation the core values that conforms to the hospital development, relying on the hospital culture to optimize the medical staffs' implicit system and professional quality in accordance with the core system and job requirements. Thus as the guide of building moral ideas and value orientation, hospital culture as the basis and the unity of knowledge, faith, action, with a third party evaluation for medium hospital core values system, then optimize the medical staffs' implicit system, influence their practice behavior. In the process of cultivating the core values of medical staffs, realize their self-consciousness and self-reflection, standardize their practice behavior, thereby improve the hospital satisfaction.
