多房性囊性肾细胞癌病例报告及文献复习

摘　　要：目的探讨多房性囊性肾细胞癌的临床特点及诊治方法。方法回顾分析1例多房性囊性肾细胞癌患者的临床资料。结果患者行肾肿瘤剜除术,病理报告为多房性囊性肾细胞癌,术后1周痊愈出院,随访10个月未见肿物复发转移。结论多房性囊性肾细胞癌为罕见的肾脏肿瘤,其临床症状缺乏特异性,诊断较困难,需与肾脏透明细胞癌等相鉴别。Objective To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma（MCRCC）. Methods We retrospectively analysed the clinical data of 1 patient of MCRCC. Results The patient underwent partial nephrectomy and the pathological report was MCRCC.The patient was discharged after operation in a week,and no tumor recurrence or metastasis was observed after 10 months of follow-up period. Conclusions MCRCC was a rare renal tumor with few clinical reports.MCRCC lacks specificity of clinical symptoms,so the diagnosis was difficult.We should differentiate it from renal clear cell carcinoma and other diseases.
