摘 要:人才是医院软实力的象征,青年管理人才是医院建设的生力军,是医院未来事业的希望。文章阐述了实施医院青年管理人才专门的培养的重要意义,以笔者所在的南京市某专科医院为例,介绍了医院在青年管理人才培养上的经验和成效,分析了培养过程中存在的不足。实践证明,实施医院青年管理人才专门培养,有效激发了青年人才干事创业的热情,促进了青年管理人才的成长,提升了医院管理工作效率。Talent is a symbol of hospital soft power. Youth management talent is a vital force for hospital construction and a hope for the future of the hospital. The article expounds the importance of implementing specialized cultivation of hospital youth management talents. Taking a specialty hospital in Nanjing as an example, it introduces the hospital's experience and effectiveness in youth management personnel training, and analyzes the deficiencies in the cultivation process. Practice has proved that the implementation of special training for youth management personnel in hospitals has effectively stimulated the enthusiasm for young talents' entrepreneurship, promoted the growth of youth management talents, and improved the efficiency of hospital management work.
