摘　　要：思想政治理论课实践教学,是高校思想政治理论课教学体系的重要组成部分,是高校思想政治工作实践育人的有效载体。思想政治理论课实践教学活动的主导者是教师。目前,思想政治理论课教师的实践教学观念薄弱,能力匮乏。科学分析思想政治理论课教师实践教学能力的内涵及构成要素,正确考量思想政治理论课教师实践教学能力的现状,合理总结提升思想政治理论课教师实践教学能力的可行路径,是摆在民办高校思想政治工作者面前亟待解决的难题之一。The practical teaching of ideological and political theory course is an important part of the teaching system for ideological and political theory course in universities,and also an effective carrier to cultivate the students with the ideological and political work in universities. For ideological and political theory course,teacher is the leading role of all the practical teaching activities. The teachers for ideological and political theory courses have only weak concept in practical teaching and lack relevant capabilities. We should analyze scientifically the connotation and elements of the teacher＇s practical teaching ability for the ideological and political theory courses,examine correctly the current situation of their practical teaching ability,and summarize reasonably the workable path for improving their practical teaching ability. This is one of the difficult problems to be solved by the ideological and political workers in private universities.
