摘　　要：本文旨在为人工种植牙患者的专业维护方案和家庭维护方案提供建议和指导,从人工种植牙的专业维护与患者自身维护两方面进行了论述。人工种植牙的专业维护包括定期口腔检查,对人工种植固定修复与种植体支持的覆盖或附着体式修复,采用不同的保健与维护模式。特别强调种植体咬合及牙周的维护,进行种植体周围炎的防治、修复体咬合的调整、种植体的松动与脱落的处理等,并从专业角度为患者提供全方位的口腔保健指导。人工种植牙患者自身保健与维护,强调口腔健康宣教的方式与方法,将口腔保健的一刷、二通、三冲的保健理念和技术引入人工种植牙的保健与维护,为人工种植牙患者提供有效的口腔保健模式奠定基础,达到预防人工种植牙相关疾病、维护口腔健康、提高患者生活质量,进而节约医疗资源,减少社会经济负担的目标。为制定相应的人工种植牙保健与维护的标准与规范创造条件。The aim of this article is to provide guidelines for professional maintenance regimen and at-home maintenance regimen for patients with dental implants restorations. In this article, we discuss the health care and maintenance of dental implants in detail from the aspects of professional maintenance and patients＇ self-care of dental implant patients. The professional maintenance of dental implants includes regular oral examination, and which need different maintenance and care mode for the dental implant supported fixed restorations and overdentures or attachment dentures. We emphasize that prevention and treatment of peri-implantitis, adjustment of the occlusion, treatment of loosening or detachment of the implant, which provide the patient with a full range of oral health care guidance from a professional perspective. For the self-care of dental implant patients, the methods of oral health education are emphasized. Besides, we introduce the trilogy of oral cleaning theory and technology： brush, dredge and rinse into dental implant maintenance. This guideline lays the foundation for providing an effective dental care model for artificial dental implant patients, and achieve the aims of preventing dental implant-related diseases, maintain oral health, improve the life quality of patients, save medical resources and decrease social economic burden. Moreover, we hope this article could create conditions for formulating corresponding standards and specifications for artificial dental implant care and maintenance.
